About the Event (Please Read Before Purchasing)
Please ensure that you review and agree to all of the following terms before applying for tickets, including for your accompanying guests.

・Please note that photos and videos, including audience seating areas, may be publicly released.
・On the event day, gifts, letters, and flowers cannot be accepted.
・On the day of the event, identity verification may be required, so please bring a valid ID.
・Please refrain from using any seat other than the one assigned to you and from any behavior that may disturb other attendees.
・Re-entry is not permitted.
・In case of severe weather, the event may be canceled or its content may be subject to change.

・Waiting for performers upon arrival or departure is strictly prohibited, as it may cause inconvenience not only to the performers but also to the venue, nearby facilities, and local residents.
・Activities or projects organized by attendees inside the venue or during the performance may disrupt the event’s operation and production. Please refrain from such actions.
・After the event, a controlled exit may be implemented to alleviate congestion. This may result in extended wait times for departure. Thank you for your understanding.
・If attendees fail to follow staff instructions, they may be asked to leave the venue for security reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
・Wheelchair users will be directed to a designated wheelchair-accessible viewing area.
　To secure space, please contact the event inquiry desk at least one week before the performance after purchasing a ticket.
　Only one companion requiring assistance may accompany the wheelchair user, but a ticket is required for both.
　Proof of disability, such as a disability certificate, may be required for verification.

About Tickets (Please Read Before Purchasing)
Please ensure that you review and agree to all of the following terms before applying for tickets, including for your accompanying guests.

・Each person may apply for up to 4 tickets (applications for multiple dates are allowed).
・There are no age restrictions for entry. One preschool-aged child may sit on a guardian’s lap for viewing.
※If a seat is required for a preschool-aged child, a ticket must be purchased.
※Elementary school students and older must purchase a ticket.
・Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
・Tickets for "Lemino Pre-sale / Official Pre-sale / Lencore Card Member Pre-sale / Pre-request Lottery Pre-sale" will be issued as electronic tickets (smartphone only). For details on electronic ticket issuance, please check the Lawson Ticket official website. Other pre-sales and general sales will allow you to choose between electronic tickets or paper tickets.
・If purchasing 2 or more tickets, you can either distribute tickets to your companions or enter together at the same time.
　※If a companion does not have a smartphone, they must enter with the ticket purchaser.
　※All attendees must arrive together and present their tickets at the entrance.
・Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
・All seats are assigned by lottery. Seating inquiries will not be accepted.
・Refunds, complaints, and seat changes will not be accommodated.
・The event schedule, opening/starting times, and performance details are subject to change without prior notice.
・Reselling or transferring tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose.
・Entry will not be permitted without a ticket on the event day.
・Depending on the artist’s health condition, performances may be canceled or adjusted as necessary.
